Bareena Park Tennis Club
Founded in 1957
Bareena Park Tennis Club was founded in 1957, and its charter is to promote tennis in the community by offering organised tennis and coaching for its members, the young and the not-so-young. We also provide court rental and coaching to the broader public.
Our facilities include five well-maintained mod grass courts, a separate practice wall, and our classic, beautifully maintained 1957 clubhouse with a modern kitchen, shower and bathrooms.
We welcome everyone
Each court and the clubhouse enjoy panoramic views, the lovely cooling summer breezes and shelter from the winter southerlies. It’s always bright and welcoming at Bareena.
Our greatest assets, apart from our outstanding members
- Jeff, our professional court captain who organises the sets on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
- Mark Nissen and his team who run the kids coaching on weekday afternoons and the Saturday morning competition.
